Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange. Use our template below for quicker processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit at your preference.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
